The Plastic Diet

What: My group was to come up with a campaign that integrated modules learnt over the course of study.

“The Plastic Diet” was an initiative carried out by my group to raise awareness about the harmful effects plastic bags have on the environment. The key message was “Plastic bags harms the environment and us!”

When: Year 2009

Case #101

What: It was part of a module in my second year. My group organised an event, Case#101, to promote the Diploma in Media and Communication (DMC) course to upper secondary school students. This event was a way for secondary school students to experience DMC before making their decision on their post-secondary educational route after ‘O’ Levels.

When: Year 2008

High Participation Wakeboarding

What: An event open to anyone from Singapore Polytechnic. Organised by SPWB and was supported by SWWF

  1. I think what you published made a bunch of sense. However, think on this, suppose you were to write a killer headline? I am not suggesting your content isn’t solid, but what if you added a headline that grabbed a person’s attention? I mean Portfolio Faithchantal's Blog is a little boring. You should peek at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create post titles to grab viewers to click. You might add a related video or a related pic or two to grab people excited about what you’ve got to say. Just my opinion, it might bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
